- The direct URL or sufficient information that allows us to locate the reported material.

If a report is found to be sufficiently supported, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the reported content.
- Notify the person or party responsible for the reported material.
- Take additional action where appropriate.
C. Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed or disabled because of an infringement complaint and you believe the action was taken in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should generally include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its former location.
- A statement explaining why you believe the removal or disabling was made in error or resulted from misidentification.
- Your full name and contact information.
- Your mailing address.
- Your telephone number.
- Your email address.
- Any legally required statements regarding jurisdiction and service of legal process.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may take further action as appropriate under applicable law.
Important Reminder
Please do not submit false or misleading infringement claims or counter-notices. Knowingly submitting materially false information may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
